Here is just a bit about DoTERRA
DoTERRA® (meaning "Gift of the Earth") essential oils represent the safest, purest essential oils available in the world today. Each of dōTERRA's
CPTG Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade® essentials oils is carefully extracted by a global network of skilled growers, distillers, and chemists ensuring a consistently powerful user experience. They are 100% pure aromatic extracts and contain no artificial ingredients and are tested to be free of contaminants such as pesticides or other chemical residues.

I'm excited to share with you all that I have learned about our next  doTERRA Essential Oil Giveaway for May!!

Digestive Blend

Many essential oils have been recognized through research as powerful agents to help restore normal balance in the digestive system. DigestZen® takes advantage of these well-established therapeutic compounds in a proprietary blend of pure essential oils. Ginger, peppermint, tarragon, fennel, caraway, coriander and anise each have specific attributes which add to the overall efficacy of this potent blend. When used internally, dōTERRA®'s DigestZen brings soothing digestive relief. For aromatic, topical, or dietary use.

Tips For Using DigestZen
  1. Massage clockwise onto an upset tummy or rub on the bottoms of feet. For the little ones, you may need to dilute with a carrier oil.
  2.  It helps sooth digestive relief and bring normal balance back to your digestive       system to help tame that tummy when you’ve overdone yourself a little bit.
  3. Take internally by adding a few drops into a capsule. Add a few drops to your water  or soy/rice milk and sip slowly.
  4. Apply a few drops under your tongue. If you like the taste of black liquorice, you’ll    love the taste of Digestzen because it contains fennel essential oil.
  5.  It’s also excellent for common stomachaches, food poisoning, and morning sickness.
  6.  Migraine~Digest Zen under the tongue.
We've used it in lots of ways, but mostly for Tummy aches and Head Aches. at first I was a bit skeptical about just rubbing it into the area near the pain. but boy was I wrong. I could tell with the kiddos right away that it was starting to work!
I'm just so blessed to be trying all these wonderful oils. it's been so fun for me to be able to learn how to use different oils from a company that I can trust.

Thank you Bonnie! for allowing us to try some new oils, it's been fun.

Now on to the giveaway, Just use the form below! :)

Do you use essential oils? What are some of the ways that you have found them to be helpful and effective for your family I'd love for you to share with us if you do.

I'll be sharing 2 blog post tomorrow one on DoTERRA and and one on my precious kiddos. so be sure to come on back to check them out! :)
Have a Blessed day!!!

My favorite way to use oil has to be diffusing eucalyptus when we are stuffy.

digestzen is one of our favorite blends, it is the best for little ones with tummy aches, you just rub it around their navel and it brings relief, you know when you are sick to your stomach the last thing you want to do is drink or take a pill to help, you just rub this on and it helps, you can also take a drop in water a friend also said she loves this for when you've overeaten and have that too full feeling, very calming
