Simple Things!

This past weekend Hubby took us out for breakfast, and the kiddos thought that they NEEDED to wear they cowboy hats. normally I'd say no, but today they were just way too cute to say no!

Oh the Simple things in life! What "Joys and Treasures" they are from the Lord.
Take a moment to love on your kiddo's to day, and if your "Treasures" are all grown up, give them a call and love on them. Let them know that they still are your treasures, and gift from the Lord!

New February Reads

THANK YOU!!! I'm just blown away by all the new " Likes " over on our Facebook page  and here on the Blog. we have just 5 new followers to go till we do a fun giveaway, so share away. :)

Winter is a great time for me to read, I often spend time tucked away in a nice bubble bath with my essential oils after the kiddos go to bed, and Hubby is working in the garage!

I've been so encouraged as I've read the truths from these books. just little reminders as a Mama when I get tired, and think the word just might cave in on me!

I would Highly recommend both of these books if you are in the season of life with little ones under tow. and a busy home. It's other then reading my Bible these two have been good friends to me this month!

And for Desperate, I plan on sharing some thoughts on it in the near future as soon as I finish it up. :)

Living A Dream

Hello! With us passing 100 days of school this week I thought I'd just share a bit with you about me!

I was homeschooled all the way through school and always dreamed as a little girl that some day I would have my little family and have the perfect little school room with desks and all!

Well not quiet all of it came true, no cute little school desk or room. but I am truly blessed to be able to homeschool and have the joy of watching Liam  have those " I Get It" looks on his face.

He Loves math, and any experiment that he can get his hands on!

He is doing ok with reading, not his favorite thing in school, but he is staring to get it.
This past week was crazy with all the sickness going on in our family that I needed to get dishes done so I asked Liam to read to me while I finished up. He was such a little trooper! he did great.

What a sweet boy!!
I'm so thankful that I get to live out this dream. The Lord is so good to us. Who knows what next year will hold, but as for now I just love my Job! :)

100th Day!

I am so excited to share with you that we have made it to our 100th DAY OF SCHOOL!!!

So we had a fun day yesterday to Celebrate!

Liam thought that 100 was enough days and that we should be done now!
Sorry Buddy we still have at least 80 days to go!!! ;)
