Tea Time!

My Lanna girl and I love anytime that we have to get all dressed up fancy. 

At church a few weeks ago we had a Ladies Brunch, and we were each to wear a hat. So Lanna and I look it just one step farther. we needed Gloves and all!:)

 I had looked everywhere for a hat and just couldn't find one. I hit a garage sale the day before and found this beauty.  I know that it's a "red hatters" hat. but when it's a $1 and the event is tomorrow... you go with what you have, and add a nice bright flower to the side! :)

 We had a blast at our little Brunch and Lanna loved some " Mama time."

It's a Wrap!

The other day the older 3 kiddo's were off playing and I could hear them playing house and  just having a ball together. (and these days for them to all 3 play together and not get into some kinda squabble is great.) 

They asked me if we could take our babies on a walk. they had Quinn's wrap in hand so we could go right away!

It was such a sweet moment that I couldn't pass up snapping a picture!

I just love it when I hear our " Blessings" following in our footsteps.  So blessed!

Spring is here and boy are we loving it!!!

The other day we were airing out the bed quilts and I couldn't help but do a photo shoot of the kiddo's!!

So fun!!! They are growing up soooo fast. I just can't get over it.
I know your thinking that I must be close to having "Lil Mr." and Yes we are, We are officially 1 week over due and they want to go ahead and induce me tomorrow. We have tried everything we know of and everything that has been shared with us to bring him naturally. But with no success. :(
 We are trusting the Lord to use our Dr.s to know what is best. and to help him come into this world
" Lord willing" sometime tomorrow.
Please be praying with us. to be honest with you I'm so scared to death. I've never needed to be in the hospital for anything but our kiddo's and so being induced and with the thought that I might need a c~section hanging on in the back of my mind is just about more them I can handle. But we serve a BIG God and we're trusting Him.  
So " Lord willing" by this time tomorrow I will be holding our sweet baby boy and our next post will be of his Birth~day !!!!!!! 

  Oh and too be praying my parents are coming in to help with the kids for the week and believe it or not we are to get a FOOT OF SNOW, Yes that white stuff from the sky! :)  tonight ~ Tue. so please pray that they can get here safe!!

Winter or Spring?

The weather in these parts have been extra mild this year and the kids have missed all the snow, but have loved all the nicer weather too!

This past week I sent them out to play and when I checked on them a few min. later this is what I found!

Elhanna Joy!

This has been a crazy week for our little family everyone got the flu bug and so with that y'all know how the house falls apart when Mama gets sick.... well that sure was the case here.

So this week it's my goal to get all caught up on our blogging!! so with all that said here is a blog all about our little Lanna girl!!

Elhanna Joy!!!

She has become quite the Little Lady in the past few weeks and months.

She is 3 1/2, and so ready to be 4. she often reminds us that she is going to be "4 to be BIG like Bubby." but the funny thing is, she is just about as tall as Liam. 

She Loves her babies and has given each one a name, we often find her tucked in her room playing
"Mommy" nursing all 6 of them. and singing them sweet little songs.  and when she's done with that she tucks them all into their beds. I love to see how her Mothering instincts have begin and I'm excited to lead her now  towards being "Lord willing" a godly wife and mother some day.

She is such a sweetie and a good helper, but I do have to say that she is not always a morning person, we're working on that one! :)
 

What a blessing she is to have in our family, and a joy to be lent to us by the Lord for such a short time.

We pray nightly in our family devotions, that with all our little "arrows" that the Lord is finding us faithful in teaching, leading, guiding and instructing them for His glory so that someday soon, He will call each of them to Himself, to the saving knowledge of who He is and repent of their sins, and serve Him to the fullest all the rest of their days here on earth!!! So that to when they are older He can send them out to the mission field, or where ever He see fit to send them.

Elhanna Joy!!!

Our Sweet Little Girl turned 3 today!
She is so mature for her age she seems just a bit older, but I'd like to keep her little as long as passable!!! :)
At 3 she can...
Count to 15, say all her ABC's, help with house work. (she loves it. and often does things without being asked) watch baby A. for a few minuets for me, make her bed, feed the cat, and knows many bible verses!
She is such a JOY in our lives. defiantly lives up to her middle name!
We celebrated this evening at dinner with our family before Daddy had to rush to a meeting, so here's some shots form our day!

Honey tea~

This week has been a blast for the kiddo's here at G & G's, but all good things must come to an end. and this week our end, is Liam getting a sicky bug! :(

He's feeling pretty rough, with a sore throat and high fever. so our trip has been extended till he feels like traveling again.

But to help him feel better he's been drinking some "Bragg's Vinegar honey tea" this stuff is amazing. it's strong but soooo good for you. go check it out.

just a little bit of everyday life

Good Morning!
Just a little update and lots of pix.
It’s been a busy week with everything from Pepa and Mema visiting to a hospital run!
We loved our short time with Pepa and Mema, the kiddo’s just soaked
up every second they had with them. We loved having them here, we wish that there were less miles between here in GA. Or that Daddy could fly an airplane!
It’s so fun for me to see Jon and his dad together. Each time I see more and more of where Jon gets some of his wackiness from, I just love it!
We we’re sad to see our time end with them.
While they were loading up Lanna slipped and fell on our porch, and couldn’t walk on her right leg. I thought she just wanted to be held, and kind of put it off till later that afternoon, but soon I realized that she really couldn’t walk on it. ( I know I’m a bad Mama ) So off to the Dr. we went… then to the Hosp. for X-rays, and a splint.
On Wed. AM, We found out that it wasn’t broke, just sprained!!!
We Praise the Lord that’s all that it was.
This week holds well let’s see… that’s about it!!!! :)
It will be nice to have a down week. Before Bible School and things start up.
Well I’m off to Sunday school!

What a week, what a week, we've been really busy with all kids of fun.
Garage Sales... Bonfires... Birthdays... Graduation parities... Engagements.
Wheew what a week!
We just love being here, but we are sure busy, I guess that just adds to the fun!
On the 21st, the Lord gave me a new brother~in law to be. My youngest sister got engaged!!! We are so excited for Cayla and Clayton. We pray for The Lord's richest blessings on them. and we are so thrilled that the Lord chose Clayton for Cayla. He is a great guy.
We are gearing up for my cousins weeding this coming weekend, so this week will be rather busy, so I thought that I'd share some pix. of our week here in Indiana.

This Morning we had the kids pictures taken. it was a really good experience,
