Shoes!!!

My Sweet Aiden LOVES Shoes!!!!

Mama's Shoes, Daddy's Shoes, any shoes he can find!

I often find him trying to get on someones.

He's so good at it that he can put most of his own shoes all by himself. and 90% of the time on the right feet! :)

 The other day I got these beauties at Good Will for $2 . I was excited!
Guess what? So was Aiden!

 Mama loves it when he puts on Daddy's! It's just way too cute!

I found this the other day and it reminded me of our Big Boy Aiden!

Brand New Shoes

I bought a brand new pair of shoes. You simply have to see. They're purple, pink, and pretty. They're as lovely as can be. They're topped with silver sparkles, so they shimmer in the sun. They're awesome when I'm walking and they're stunning when I run. The laces look like rainbows and the backs have flashing lights. The sides are lined with lightning bolts. They're such amazing sights. But now my friends avoid me when they see me on the street. Indeed, my shoes are pretty but they smell like stinky feet. --Kenn Nesbitt So Cute!!!! Have a Blessed Day!!!

This past week has been interesting with VBS and all. here's some of my thoughts and conversations with the kids.

I'm so thankful for that moment when Daddy walks into the door!

Thinking about closing my Face Book, but keeping just family.

Aiden has one had 1 potty accident in 2 days maybe he's got it! :)

I wish dishes in the sink would wash them selves!

This past week our Baby Boy turned 3 months!

Our second  " Little Treasure" is 4!!!
It's so hard to believe that Elhanna is 4 already. the time has gone by soooo fast!
She lives up to her middle name and then some. She really is a JOY in our lives. we are thankful to the Lord for the 4 years that He has blessed us with her.

 She loves "Fancy Nancy", so we had a little "Fancy Tea' for her birthday dinner! 

 Aiden was super excited to sing her Happy Birthday!, he just loves his Sissy!

 She was blessed with a treasure chest of dress up clothes from her Aunt Rachel. she was so excited, she had to put each dress on! :) 

 Our sweet Friend Paula made her a doll cake. it was adorable and Lanna loved it!!!

 We also had a little party with the Yoder's. it was a fun time had by all!

Let the Summer Canning and Freezing Begin!

One of my all time favorite thing about the summertime is all the food that we can and freeze for the winter. and this week to my excitement we have put in the freezer 10 quart bags of broccoli, and 4 batches of yummy jam!!!

 I can already taste the yummy broccoli soup and homemade bread and jelly!!!

 ( she had lots of extra this week.  wahhoooo!)

 We've  picked 45 cups of Red Raspberries this summer and we've froze lots and lots, but boy! do we love freezer jam so I'm trying my hand at putting it up. so far so good!

I 'm so excited to see what our little garden will produce this summer. so far lettuce and a Green pepper!

Loving Living on the Yoder's Farm

We are so blessed to live on a farm. (We rent across the road) 

Growing up I visited my Grandparents farm for the day, but living on the Yoder's farm we see the daily in and outs of the "fun" that happens!

And our Kiddo's have learned sooo  much too, I'd never trade these 7 years for anything!

The other night Daddy was sick so the kids and I took an " Adventure Walk" around the farm. here is some of the fan! 

Who can resist a calf sucking on your hand? Not my Sweet Liam!

After they play in the shaving pile I know that a good bath is in order as soon as we walk in the door!

It's a Wrap!

The other day the older 3 kiddo's were off playing and I could hear them playing house and  just having a ball together. (and these days for them to all 3 play together and not get into some kinda squabble is great.) 

They asked me if we could take our babies on a walk. they had Quinn's wrap in hand so we could go right away!

It was such a sweet moment that I couldn't pass up snapping a picture!

I just love it when I hear our " Blessings" following in our footsteps.  So blessed!
